I have been trying to work out some implications and what hurdles there are to takeover I would be gratefull if someone could look at these figures
IS A TAKEOVER BLOCK IN PLACE
Note these figures do not include the two founders as such I suspect the core directors control 10% of the company but I cannot find on the net the regulations re takeover on nasdaq

Unilife Medical Solutions Ltd director Slavko James Joseph Bosnjak directly bought 13,235 shares and indirectly bought 13,235 shares via a share purchase plan (SPP) on November 17, 2009.
He directly holds 90,235 shares and 3 million options, and indirectly holds 1,746,235 shares.
Director Jeffrey Noel Carter had 500,000 options exercise on November 10, and bought 13,235 SPP shares for $11,250.
He holds 437,036 shares and 1,500,000 options.
Unilife Medical Solutions Ltd advised the initial holding of newly appointed director John Lund as 90,000 shares and 600,000 options held directly and 90,000 shares held indirectly.
He was appointed on November 11, 2009.
nilife Medical Solutions Ltd director Jeffrey Noel Carter exercised 500,000 options worth $125,000 on October 23, 2009.
He indirectly holds 237,036 shares and 2,000,000 options.
Unilife Medical Solutions Ltd director Alan Denis Shortall directly bought 500,000 shares for $514,858 on-market between October 23 and October 26, 2009.
He holds 15,123,332 shares and 7,500,000 options.

Therefore 10% of company is about 25 million shares
250-(15,123332+237,036+90,000+90,000+437,036+90,235 +1,746,235) =17,813,874 core directors hold this much without the two founders being counted A very difficult if not impossible task to takeover I would have thought
