    All defeating conditions of the contract have NOT been satisfied yet with the last piece of the puzzle being the approval from China as we all know. This is just a formality. However, until this is announced, a trumping of the offer may still happen.
    Could this be attributed to the price rise? Just a thought. Although, its probabaly to do with the increasing price of MO and imminent signing by China.
