never mind the c-notes, if management is being straight with us and all is as it seems, there is better value in dra buying its stock back at these prices. the notes only represent 72 mil in dilution if they were all converted, 13 million to buy them all..at least.stand in the market at 8.5 and soak up 100 mil shares if need be , it will cost us 8.5 mil AND sort out this overhang. the resultant rise in sp would more than compensate for the interest payments which we can handle easily with our cash flow anyway.
