What about Brinkley launching an all-scrip takeover of DRA?
Effectively it would be a reverse takeover giving DRA a European listing.
It wouldn't sound too exciting to current DRA holders, but if it trades at a higher price in Europe, there could be money in it? - we all have a price.
Brinkley could list on ASX to replace the DRA listing.
The mountain of European shareholders would welcome the prospect I suspect.
