SP appears to be yawning at the whole thing.

Hope they dont come out in 6 months time saying the review showed any "offers" they had were too low. Seems we've been here before.

Appears that any hopes some had that Towner leaving would see an uplift in the SP with old holders taking another look, appear to be put well back if not dashed totally.

Can't say I'm surprised by the markets response to this "takeover".
Pity for those very long suffering shareholders.
