I think this is real, Geoff, Ralph and co are deal makers but I don't believe they are scammers. They wouldn't have allowed a period of exclusive DD if they didn't believe they had a credible deal on the table.

If Archer Capital is indeed the interested party, it would make sense as a privatise and divide play. I'm hoping that they will see value at around the 75-80c range. If it proceeds it will be interesting to see who eventually ends up with the business units, I'm sure there is plenty of interest in the IT business.

I'm just hoping to get my money back out of all of this
