These words indicate Novartis would like to takeover IMU.
According to these items, now IMU running like Novartis's subsidiary.
Otherwise I cannot understand why IMU cannot release the details of the agreement.
Just because Novartis doesnot want to see IMU's SP going up too much, that's the reason, otherwise IMU may be out of its control.
