It will be interesting to see how much Novartis pay imu as a sign up fee. I'd say it will be close to the 3 mill they were paid by Merial.
Novartis is a large insto which will take over the development of imu's products the question that must be answered is how long will it take to develop products and will Novaris try and take over imugene????
For Novartis to invest they must obviously see a potential product range and the opportunities that may exist.
As far as take over yes it must be possible. Who knows what
Novartis has planned.
