    dont be lazy read the docs for yourself.
    1 for 520 from KCN but maybe Kinross interested.
    Auralandia has taken about 14% and likely to hold out for a higher offer.
    KCN has no min acceptance which means they dont need to get 90% to take full control, so it may remain listed with minority shareholders.
