    My view is that with KCN currently trading at $11.36 and offering one KCN share for 520 LRC shares, we're talking about KCN issuing a little over 2 million KCN shares to take over LCR.

    The possibility remains imo that KCN might choose to sweeten the offer as it would be pretty much irrelevant to the number of KCN shares on issue.
