KCN have constructed the offer so that they will probably get majority ownership and control but may quite like to have a listed entity to diversify their holdings in case they dont want the Thai authorities controlling all their assets i.e. Thais want a listing of KCN locally , but they could keep other assets under LRC to avoid potential conflicts.
we are yet to understand their game plan, more to be revealed.
personally l think that l will hold LRC longer term and see what happens as there are more possibilities there than holding KCN.
