    ESSA Directors appear to have accepted very quickly or am I reading too much into that? With a Market cap of $37 million ESSA is very small fry for a 10,500 employee company. Maybe ESSA has something that is really really wanted. That being so it would be very nice to see another bidder entering the fray.
