Next stage will be the bidders statement,due within 28 days of the original offer proposal.This will be delivered to each shareholder.They will also have to declare any shares they have acquired on market.The Target statement is due 14 days after that,containing an official response from AHR.They will need to have that Scoping study available by then to address all the points as to why the offer is unacceptable.All that is academic though,as management own so much of the company,nothing will happen until they get a proposal they are happy with.
