    Hi camden55, a few questions:

    - Will the 20c distribution be fully franked? Will the distribution be incorporated in the FY11 tax returns?

    - What do you think is the likely hood of the takeover being complete without any issues?

    - When will shareholders receive the final settlement amounts (cash payment + dividend)?
