I work for a coal mine owned by Yancoal and one of the big bosses told me yancoal is crunching the numbers. It is interesting to note the seam at WHC is reasonably thick, LTCC would get a lot more of the resource out of the ground and no aussie miner to date has successfully used the LTCC method.
