Guys,
Atlas has 43% now - there will be NO competing bid emerge in this situation (Giralia is near $6). There was the possibility of a bid earlier but with the stake that Atlas now has - there is next to no chance of a competing bid emerging. I believe in the valuation of this bid. I personally believe that all shareholders should NOW accept this bid as early as possible (as I have done with my stake) as if this bid is unsuccessful, I believe Giralia and Atlas would both fall - but GIR's fall will be much more pronounced (back to $3 at least). Given the acceptance level to date I believe that any one who holds out for the end is doing a disservice to themselves and to any fellow shareholders and putting the success of the transaction at risk.
I was a Giralia shareholder and pending the success of the bid do not hold any AGO shares.
