There is 'developing' that should read 'developed' in my last post once again. Hopefully, it should be understandable anyhow.
I also point out I plan to vote no and will join the action group. Even if the agreement fails I don't see the sky falling in because we have such an excellent product and brand.
It probably wouldn't hurt to get a more diverse board anyhow, particularly someone with good international experience in diagnostics. Its worth noting that no such person is on the board and Qiagen doesn't have a long track record in diagnostics so how can we trust a valuation they have put on the company?
I think I might now stick to just reading posts, rather than writing them.
