    There is speculation that Peter Coated will join the Glencore board, and that Glencore may take over Minara. Source

    This could be good.

    If they were to take over Minara they would need 2/3 of the current shareholders to accept their offer to reach 90% and do a forced takeover.

    I guess an offer of $1.10 would get 67%+ acceptance. $1.00 may get 67%...
