Careful guys while it is possible, Sun Hung's involvement with MGX predates Luke's, so there's always been the possibility.
Some would also say that back in the days when the house broker was spruiking/working towards a TO of the Co by BSL (ala OST) Sun was a thorn in the process. Some might also speculate that the chinese never pay full price... if they don't have too.
