How many shares would Wallin have if no-one takes up their
allotment - which is highly likely considering the lack of exploration activity and the fact the cutoff date is most likely before the Quarterly is released.
Might ping it by ASIC as I dont see how you should be allowed to get above the 19% (might actually be a takover) via an underwriting agreement.
And why are they doing a CR anyway when the cash position might not be too bad (1.5M at last quarterly???).
Guys, drill some key targets AND then do the raisings, that would make more sense. Should have more than enough cash to do quite a few holes.
