IMHO some shakey ground if someone seriously questions if they are acting in shareholders interests (via Class Action etc) e.g. lack of reasonably expected exploration and the BIG CR just BEFORE the quarterly.
Suppose can always blame the Queensland weather :-)

Rough calcs show Wallins ending up with at least 210M shares if he picks up the entire allocation - at a bloody low average as well - if you take into account all the ones he got at 1.9c.

Anyways will see what happens - they will end up with a pretty good chunk of cash ($4M+??) to drill with.
