I love these guessing games, which I suppose why we invest in shares instead of some dreary share trust: "who can guess which stock is going to rise the fastest."(lol) I think Veecat is right in that there will be a takeover, perhaps as this management's final hurrah, but with these modifications. A special dividend of $1.25 per share (a number I picked out of the air)and the balance in Clough shares allowing FGE shareholders to carry over their investment into Clough shares. Clough to begin a share buy back. My guess anyway
