The NMS chart looks similar to the ISF chart before they got a take over bid, hence why I bought a bundle of NMS today.

Lets see what happens over the coming days/weeks/months :)

No point in offering a take over bid that's not going to be accepted by the board or shareholders as that will give more opportunity for another company to step in with a better offer. Therefore the first offer will be more substantial than what you think IMHO.
