Yes, as i thought, the bid is low ball and defensive stocks like these are hightly sort after in this sort of down market.
the price of 51 cents indicates market does not think the deal will go thru, as it should be closer to 54 cents at this stage.
since it will only take 16% No vote to block the bid, i dont think it will get up.
