Hi, I am not holding any shares in this company but VOR shares (same management). I am curious to what is happening here and management's motivations.
Can someone holding at least a few months answer these two questions?
1. How do the directors profit from this takeover? Do they continue holding a strong position or do they sell out to LionGold?
2. Due to the strong optimism the directors display concerning the VOR asset in Mongolia, could it be that they are reducing their interests in SBL to focus on other assets? Or is it a general methodology of these guys?
Hope I don´t get any bashing from angry share holders...To me a takeover is no bad thing if shareholders benefit. And LionGold will be more focused maybe, compared to management who are so diversified (gold, copper, coal)
Just my opinions and I don´t have a clue!
