Can't help but question what the outcome would be if as a concept:
a.Disgruntled investors pooled funds into a new company,
b.managers were appointed and 'complete full monthly reporting, warts and all' was undertaken, and I mean warts and all.
c.quarterly shareholder meetings
d.long term view.

Probably a nightmare to administer but also if a track record of frank and fearless disclosure to shareholders occurs the prospect of loyal shareholders would be a real asset and a baseline for patient growth.
