    Prospector.. "safe"?? CEO shareholders at present hold shares in a company that owns nothing - until such time as the placement is completed!!! There is nothing safe about this environment, and we should all prepare for possible bad news.

    All CEO owns at present is an option to BUY. Until that purchase is completed there is SIGNIFICANT risk in owning CEO in my opinion.
