    Not sure why its green, other than people think its cheap perhaps?

    That doesn't change the FACTS. If ME completes this deal at 5cps without significant delay - eg: till markets improve, he is my personal hero!!

    My views are not petty, they are reality. You believe CEO actually owns something here? What if the placement doesn't complete and the company cannot settle?

    Is there not a risk Winsway can walk?
