40's as surprised as most re what developed here. 40 thought that the 20 mil holder was friendly. maybe he/she is and ine will write to all remaining holders one day with a cash offer for the shares not in 'safe' hands. look for that letter in the mail lol.

40's glad he sold out. been down that road of being locked in (still am, as the dough arrives in dribs and drabs).

one cannot do much when money is tied up. better in 40's hands than theirs, even if it is a bit less than one expects later.

for those still holding, 40 hopes it's money in the bank at some stage as promised and not a diminshing asset from fees, salaries and lawyers fees. certainly hope it doesn't go that route should ine try to get control thro the back doors.
