I can not imagine anyone selling yet. I am sure there will be a higher bid before this bid lapses. To share in the spoils other AYT shareholders need to just hold their shares for now. I will try to hold for as long as possible as I do not want to sell to brierley, Wilson, cuffe who will only bid what is a smart price for them.
I guess if they bid high enough in the end to get 90% I may not have a choice. INE could be a possible play for upside on all this but remember even if they get full control of AYT it may only represent a third or so of INE's company's value.
