They can have my shares @ $1 + 1:1 exergen shares with options.

None of us will be letting you to easy,

MNM owns the coal...... not exergen, so if they choose to throw some stupid figure down e.g 20-30c.... then we holders will not allow it and move on to find a new buyer for our resource.

The Fact that we are a Takeover Target is great news though, but again i bet this was all part of the plan set out years ago with Exergen/MNM.

2012 is the year MNM will be on the Map
