denglish,if exergen tried to buy a large stake on market now,it would cause the shareprice to go up,and they wouldnt get the stock they are after.I would suggest that the fact mnm are having an agm,and asking shareholders to vote on the issuance of new shares in the future,suggests that these new shares may infact go to exergen,at a price that has already been decided,hence management trying to keep a lid on the shareprice.......for now.The fact that the new ashford tenements werent given there own announcement,the cruelly worded mt mull announcement,and the sneaking in drill results into 3b announcements aftermarket close all point to something big transpiring behind the scenes in my opinion..........
