Considering EKA traded at 0.45 on the 4/2/2011 and 0.455 on the 7/3/2011 more than a year ago, before -

- Well down spacing is staring to be proved by other's and experimented by marathon.
- Marathon took over as operator
- Significantly increased drilling program
- Resources assigned to the Austin chalk, with twinning wells to be drilled.
- Significant reserves upgrades
- Credit facility of $50 Mil secured
- Well results in Fayette county promising.

Selling at .450 c is selling yourself short by along way!!!!!! IMO a offer of .60c is best for both parties.

Not to mention just 1 month ago we traded at 0.42c

IMO judging by today's trading its likely to be rejected, AUT really don't have much of a foot in the door with only ~6 Million shares. They could up it to .50c.
