Yep its cheap but thats why they have made the offer.
There is and always have been and always will be huge reasons why AUT should and could buy EKA, so if this one fails , its only a matter of time till AUT makes another bid.
Unfortunately for holders they have made a pre-emptive strike, knowing the growth EKA will have in 2012.
Its not likely they will need to make another offer, as most will imho sell into this price, and look for the next opportunity for acquisition / growth.
On the flip side its only probably a matter of time and AUT will receive an offer from a bigger player.
