    For those, like me, who own stock in both EKA and AUT, this seems as close to a no lose situation as I can imagine.

    I suppose I would like a higher offer, as the benefit to my EKA holding will be paid in part by AUT holders other than me, but either way I will be happy to maintain exposure to the same prospects.
