re: $500,000.00. buyer ! I wouldn't think so.
The last time SKG made a private placement 32% above the closing price they went front 4c ($1.68) to 12c ($5.04).
It would seem that who ever put up the cash was happy to pay well above market price.
Perhaps the Russians have just found out that the finance is approved ? They can't buy a decent block of shares on the open market, so they were prepared to pay a 32% premium to secure a piece of the action.
This is all just theory, but it does make sense.
I think I should get the Hotcopper post of the month ;-)
