The reason that QPX tanked was they lost the court decision, someone took a gamble on the judges decision and lost.
Their is a big difference here, because no one would offer SKG $500,000.00. unless they were sure that they had a big deal in the bag.
When is the last time that BQT made a placement 32% above their market price ?
