But Brad it is indicative.........of what can happen if something which is "assumed" does NOT occcur.

And Brad......why would a company issue another 5% of its share register?

They must need the cash.....

To me an alternate explaination would be this.

They went around raising capital "promoting" this Russian money as the carrot.......

to get someone to pony up the money as they know they are not going to get the Russian money.

SKG know they will be in real trouble.

Brad.......you have told everyone ad infinitum SKG have access to $20 million dollars from Cornells.

They have $29 million coming from the Russians

Now that is $49 million.

They issue shares for $500k @ 95c
