re: $500k issued 32% above market price. this happened wit hGNL as well ie shares issued at 12.5c when the shareprice was at 8c - yet its since slipped to 7c - those holding at higher prices will either a) trade by buying lower shares and selling a few clicks higher over time they can average out losses b) keep holding
