    re: $500k issued 32% above market price. ###this happened wit hGNL as well ie shares issued at 12.5c when the shareprice was at 8c - yet its since slipped to 7c###

    What date did this happen ?
    I cant find any private placement when the stock was trading at 8c.
    All I can see is an issue of options on the 18th of May 2005.
