I don't see how the board can accept this opportunistic offer...

I don't see how the board can accept this opportunistic offer when they were flogging us shares at 48cents in December.
They cant possibly say it is fair value now!
TRQ desperately needs the cash. That's not to say the rest of us do.
I wont accept the offer. Wont help though. Blast. I hope the FIRB stops it..rare earths etc..
It is a done deal as if TRQ gives them 57% they can do what they want
