my understanding is that Chinese own just over 50% and that was all they were permitted to own unless something has changed also about 40% more of the company is held by major shareholders and they mostly bought in at over .50 cents. What percentage of the company do the Chinese need to fully take over? I cant see the other major shareholder selling unless they are made a bloody good offer.
