WHY is the title here "Takeover!" when it is stated that the intention is a JV-type MERGER rather than a takeover?? Just in my view.
I am holding SXY, which in my view is undervalued. Likely, AWE is even more undervalued.
I would like to see a combined entity SPIN-OFF ALL the overseas stuff and concentrate on Eastern and Western AUSTRALIA. All JIMHO, of course.
