Have a look at DLS since 2007; At least 4 CR's, management turmoil and massive share price dilutions and batterings. I did contact the company during each CR (after SP appreciation) and specifically asked two things: [1] NTA of DLS at time of CR and [2] did the CR's affect management bonuses. The non-response led me to sell off my stake.
I am a big believer of looking beyond the hype and like politics listen to the silence when specific questions are avoided.
All of this IMHO and for the record, I did not lose in any of my DLS trades.
