The stress has really come from the outstanding debt balance and the slower ramp up creating uncertainty around how liabilities will be paid.

The assets are obviously worth a lot so if a larger player wanted in, they could pay off the debt and get the assets for a steal.

What price would get the acquirer over the line though?
