Here here Stealth. Yes - best to talk to the company for more information. Agreed that MDs dont get their jobs by sitting around nor hold onto their jobs through such inaction. If people are concerned that contractors aren't pulling their weight or their onsite management teams lack the experience to do the job better, then perhaps the names and backgrounds can be published or obtained to put peoples minds at ease that the best job is being done. At the same time of course its the Board's responsibility that suitably qualified and experienced personnel and contractors are put in place. Afterall it is they who represent the shareholders best interests and they who must answer to ASIC if mismanagement is suspected by such government agency.
