As a long time holder of DGR I would love to see a special dividend paid out to us loyal shareholders, but as a matter of fact I doubt it. If NM wants to keep his business model going and looking at the dire cash position which our subs are in, I think DGR will participate in upcoming C/R's.
I don't know what will happen with NVG, we already own19.97 % of the company, do we have to make a TO offer, if we pass the 20 % mark?
