1. No. If it gets taken out, it'll be all or nothing, perhaps by way of a Part C (on-market takeover). Realistically, for that to happen a few more holders need to offer their shares at 6 cents as well. It's true the guy (or gal) at 6.1 can always lower the offer if needs be, so the raider might consider that 2.5 million to be in the bag as well.
2. Seeing as the board are all avid followers, I'd say 60%?
