Now you would have wonder why they do not give earning guidance.
Typical tricks of dragging the sp as low as possible by abandoning the earning guidance, then pumping the sp up by spread the rumour about possible takeover, then executives dumped their shares, take over fails and its game over.
Well that's my bearish view.
