    If they made a takeover now for a $1 the SP would be uncontrolled and the topup would come into play how would the board know how much finance they need on the 31st of August as it could change on that day.
    If it is not paid on the 31st ERM pick up the whole lot.
    I am not saying they will make a takeover but it would be smart not to make one now.
